:: Tangible Result Pals Programme Introduction May ’26 ::

Over the last few years I’ve become increasingly interested in how we can extend healthy lifespan — not just live happier and longer, but staying physically active, mentally sharp and independent for longer.

I’ve been researching and testing practical ways to improve key health metrics linked to ageing well — things like deep sleep, VO2 max, inflammation, blood sugars and memory performance.

I’ve chosen 5 metrics I think I can improve on and would like to do this with others so I’ve started a project called Tangible Result Pals !

The idea is simple:
small improvements in a handful of important metrics may significantly improve energy, resilience and quality of life as we age.

I’ll be sharing practical ideas, simple “push-backs”, useful research, metrics, dashboards and occasional local meetups/walks/cycles/talks for anyone interested.

No miracle cures — just practical evidence-aware ways to improve the odds of a longer healthier life.

The pic shows a few things I can see realistically pushing back ageing for me, for you some may be similiar and others different but here’s an overview of the 5 I’ve chosen including adjustments easily integrated into my week

If this sounds interesting feel free to follow along or join the WhatsApp groups as they develop.
